WARRIORS ROUT WABASH VALLEY ON THE ROAD

Peoria, IL – No. 8 nationally ranked Indian Hills Women's Soccer bounced back from just its second loss of the season with an overwhelming neutral site victory on Friday, dropping Wabash Valley Community College (IL) 8-0 in Peoria, IL. The Warriors move to 9-2-0 overall on the year.

Just two days removed from seeing its eight-match win streak snapped, Indian Hills dominated Wabash Valley with its most lopsided victory of the year. The Warriors' eight goals and eight-goal margin of victory are the most for the program since September 6, 2022, a 12-1 win over Scott Community College.

Indian Hills has now pitched seven shutouts on the year, the third-most in a single season in program history. The Warriors' 0.64 goals against average is now tied for 15th best in the National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA).

Five different players found the back of the net on Friday as sophomores Ella Forsyth (Grimes, IA/Dallas Center-Grimes) and Arnicka Louis (Castries, Saint Lucia/Sir Ira Simmons) were joined by freshman Momoka Kinoshita (Kagawa, Japan/Kagawa Nishi) with a pair of goals. Louis' final goal of the night ended the match at the 87:40 mark by way of the new national eight-goal advantage mercy rule.

Forsyth put the Warriors on the board in a blink, scoring just 33 seconds into the opening half of play. Louis added to the lead at the 24:20 mark before Forsyth struck quickly once again, putting the Warriors ahead 3-0 just 40 seconds following Louis' goal.

Kinoshita extended the advantage to 4-0 in the 34th minute before freshman Meghan Lorjuste (Montreal, Canada/Ecole Marie-Anne) produced her first collegiate goal at the 36:30 mark. Indian Hills closed out the first half with a 6-0 lead after Kinoshita scored in the 42nd minute.

Sophomore Kiara Levac (Sudbury, Canada/E.S.C. I'Horizon) opened the scoring in the second half with a strike at the 50:15 mark. Louis' second goal of the night closed the books on Wabash.

Forsyth extended her consecutive match scoring streak to seven with the two goals on Friday night. The streak is now the second-longest in the nation, behind only Solange Depirou of University of Arkansas - Rich Mountain who has scored in eight consecutive matches.

Levac tallied three assists to go along with the goal on Friday. The sophomore has tallied 11 helpers on the year, tied for the most in the nation in 2025. Levac also moves into seventh-place all-time in program history with 17 career assists.

Louis added two assists to finish the day with six points on the books. The sophomore is now tied for fourth nationally with 31 points on the year. Louis' 23 career goals at Indian Hills now ranks sixth all-time in program history.

The Warriors are one of just three programs across the nation currently with three individuals with at least 23 points on the year – Louis (31), Levac (27), and Forsyth (23). The trio each rank in the top-25 in the nation in individual points this year.
