Hesston Uses Big 2nd Half to Defeat IHCC

Ottumwa -- After a scoreless first half, Hesston found the back of the net six times in the second half and defeated Indian Hills 6-0 in women's soccer at the IHCC field on Sunday.

Rachel Short-Miller scored two of Hesston's goals and Machi Kanematsu had a goal and three assists.

Indian Hills had five shots and goalkeeper Morgan Neil was credited with six saves for the Warriors.

Iowa Central will visit Ottumwa to take on the IHCC women in their next action on Saturday.
