The Warriors return home for the first time in over a month with a pair of ICCAC duals between the NIACC Trojans.
WOMEN'S NOTES
- The top-ranked team in the nation is coming off a strong showing at the Missouri Baptist Open in St. Louis, MO on Saturday with seven placewinners, including a third-place finish from freshman Jazmine Garcia.
- Indian Hills heads into Wednesday's matchup with an 8-1 overall record, including a 4-0 mark in ICCAC dual action.
- The Warriors have outscored their four ICCAC opponents 171-38 on the year.
- Indian Hills boasts 17 individuals in the national rankings, led by No. 1 Eliana Bommarito at 235lbs and No. 1 Tiffany White at 191lbs.
- Eliana Bommarito, the defending Most Outstanding Wrestler at the 2023 NJCAA National Invitational, is set to make her season-debut Wednesday night.
- NIACC enters the dual with a 1-3 overall record with all four matchups against ICCAC foes.
- The Trojans are comingg off a 30-10 win over Iowa Lakes in the team's latest conference dual.
MEN'S NOTES
- The Warriors enter Wednesday night with a 4-0 all-time record against NIACC, including a 2-0 mark against the Trojans last season.
- Indian Hills owns a 4-2 overall dual record on the year, including a 2-2 mark in the ICCAC after its most recent league victory over Ellsworth, 42-9 on January 17.
- The Warriors are currently tied for the most team points in the six-team ICCAC this year with 134 points while the team's 60 points against rank second overall.
- Freshman Isaac Gibbs, ranked No. 7 at 125lbs, has moved up to fourth all-time in school history with 22 wins on the year.
- Sophomore Arojae Hart is set to make his return to the mat for the first time in over two months. Hart is ranked No. 6 in the nation at 133lbs.
- NIACC owns a 2-2 league record on the year, having been outscored by its opponents 103-88 this season.
