WARRIORS NO. 11 AHEAD OF WEDNESDAY'S SHOWDOWN

Ottumwa, IA – Ahead of the Indian Hills Volleyball team's biggest matchup of the season, the Warriors remained at No. 11 in the latest National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) DI Volleyball rankings, announced Monday afternoon.

The Warriors (11-1, 1-0) held strong at No. 11 for the fourth consecutive week following the team's 3-0 Iowa Community College Athletic Conference (ICCAC) victory over Marshalltown Community College at the Hellyer Center on Sept. 15. Indian Hills has now won 11 matches in a row and have only dropped one set over the course of the team's last eight contests.

The Warriors are set to host conference foe Iowa Western Community College Wednesday night at the Hellyer Center. The Reivers (10-1, 0-0), the defending NJCAA DI Volleyball national champions, fell out of the top spot in this week's poll after dropping its first match of the year to Butler Community College, the current No. 7 team in the nation.

Wednesday's match will feature a pre-game tailgate outside of the Hellyer Center, open to the community. The match will be streamed via GoHillsTV at www.gohillstv.com.
