OTTUMWA --- Indian Hills volleyball coach Lyndsey Lyon has set the dates for the summer volleyball camp at IHCC. The instructional camp will be held June 16-18 at the Tom Arnold Net Center on the Ottumwa campus.

There will be two separate sessions for the camp. Athletes entering grades 4-6 will attend from 9 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. each day and their cost is $35. Those entering grades 7 and 8 will have their instruction from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and their cost is $45.

The camp will teach athletes all the basic fundamentals of volleyball, including passing, setting, hitting, blocking and serving. The sessions will offer a solid foundation in skill development and motivation for the athletes who attend.

In addition to three days of instruction, all participants will receive a special camp t-shirt.
