Estherville, Iowa -- The Indian Hills volleyball team went on the road Friday, making the long trip to northwest Iowa to battle Iowa Lakes CC, and the Warriors prevailed in three sets.

It was the second win for IHCC over Iowa Lakes this season and came in straight sets, 25-14, 25-18 and 25-15.

Freshman Marlee Lindstrom had five ace serves and chipped in four digs for the Warriors who were paced at the net by Shelby Lauterbach with 15 kills. Kassidy Guihan led IHCC with 11 digs and Katie Soddy had 34 assists as Indian Hills boosted its season record to 15-16.

The Warriors stay on the road for their next two matches, the first of which is next Tuesday at Kirkwood.
