Ottumwa, IA – Freshman Joska Nelis (Haarlem, Netherlands/Lyceum Sancta Maria) of the No. 13 nationally ranked Indian Hills Women's Soccer team has been named the Iowa Community College Athletic Conference (ICCAC) DI Women's Golfer of the Week, announced Tuesday afternoon.

Nelis lands her third ICCAC Athlete of the Week honor after a strong showing at the TPC Deere Run Invitational in Silvis, IL last week. The freshman collected her third top-10 finish of the year by placing eight overall in the field of 50 athletes.

Nelis improved in each of her three rounds at the challenging TPC Deere Run course, posting round scores of 86-84-83 for a 37-over. Nelis finished just nine strokes behind the tournament's runner-up. Nelis closed out the tournament with a strong third round, including a birdie on the Par 3, No. 12.
