Lexington, Mo. -- Wentworth Military Academy jumped out to a 4-0 halftime lead and defeated Indian Hills 7-1 in men's soccer action on Saturday.
The Warriors were scoreless until Jonathan Silva connected on an unassisted goal in the 60th minute.
Wentworth added another goal after Silva's tally to provide the final margin.
IHCC had six shots on goal in the match, two each by Silva and Gerald Valera. Goalkeeper Alex Alvarez had nine saves for the Warriors.
Indian Hills has a home match against the Culver-Stockton JV on Sunday afternoon at the IHCC field.
