Ottumwa -- Four players from Indian Hills were named to the All-Region 11 men's soccer teams announced this week.

Sophomore Richard Rugabisha (Urbandale), who led IHCC with nine goals after scoring one one as a freshman, was named to the all-region first team. Freshman Luis Felipe (Rio de Janeiro, Brazil) was selected to the second team.

Indian Hills had two players on the honorable mention list -- freshman Gerald Valera (Guanare, Venezuela) and sophomore Sebastian Carrion. Carrion. Valera and Carrion each had three goals this season, the same number Carrion had in his freshman season last year.
