With an undefeated home record intact on the year, the Indian Hills Men's Basketball squad returns to action at the Hellyer Center Wednesday night.

  • The Warriors currently own a 19-2 overall record on the year, including a perfect 12-0 mark on its home court at the Hellyer Center.
  • Indian Hills held strong at No. 8 in the NJCAA DI Men's Basketball Poll, released Tuesday afternoon
  • Sophomore Mason Costello currently sits at 99 career three-point shots. Only seven players in the last 15 seasons have reached 100 career three-point shots at Indian Hills.
  • Head coach Cole Dewey recently reached 100 wins for his career with an 85-81 win at Highland Community College (IL) on Thursday night.
  • The Warriors currently rank 10th in the nation with 30.3 defensive rebounds per game.

SCOUTING THE CAVALIERS

Kankakee heads to the Hellyer Center with a 15-5 overall record on the year, having won five consecutive contests.

  • Kankakee is 10-0 on its home court this season, but just 5-5 in true road games.
  • The Cavaliers are coming off a 92-64 win over Highland Community College (IL) on January 24.
  • Kankakee is 2-4 against common opponents with the Warriors this year.
  • The Cavaliers are led by sophomore Nashawn Holmes who is averaging a team-high 17.1 points and 1.6 steals per contest.
  • Sophomores Ricardo Corvil and Santana Flowers are combining to average 14.7 rebounds per game.
