Ottumwa, IA – The Indian Hills Athletic Department has announced the hiring of Aleesha Rabedeaux as Associate Athletic Director.

"We are excited for Aleesha Rabedeaux to be joining the Indian Hills Athletic Department," stated Indian Hills Athletic Director, Michael Wetrich. "Aleesha brings a wealth of experience in collegiate athletics; her expertise in compliance, eligibility, and student-athlete support will make an immediate impact. I am confident that Aleesha will play a vital role in the success of our Indian Hills student-athletes." 

Rabedeaux will oversee the compliance and eligibility department of Indian Hills Athletics in addition to event and game management responsibilities.

"I'm incredibly grateful for their confidence in me, and I'm excited to get to work, build relationships, and contribute to the tradition of excellence at Indian Hills."

Rabedeaux joins the Warrior Athletic Department with an extensive background in collegiate athletics. Rabedeaux previously served as the Director of Athletics at William Penn University before transitioning to the institution's Director of Operations role. Prior to being named Athletic Director of the Statesmen, Rabedeaux spent two years as the department's Associate Athletic Director and Senior Woman Leader.

Prior to stepping into administrative roles, Rabedeaux spent four seasons as the head coach of the William Penn Women's Volleyball program and two seasons as the head women's volleyball coach at Southwestern Community College. While at Southwestern, Rabedeaux also served as the Director of Game Management and as a Residence Hall Director.

Rabedeaux earned an Associate's of Arts degree from Rock Valley Community College (IL) where she was a team captain on the women's basketball squad that finished as national runners-up in 2013-14. Rabedeaux moved on to Upper Iowa University where she obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Rabedeaux earned a Master of Business Leadership degree from William Penn.
